A healthy diet
The Transformational Cupping course
Transformational Cupping achieves the best results.
How is this even possible?
Why if individuals take a cup and cupping themselves, do they not achieve these results?
Transformational Cupping has developed a whole new perspective on nutrition and the human body. During the course, (aspiring) therapists learn to work on healing the body in a new way. This also requires looking at developing a more conscious society in a new way. The course thus teaches to provide tailor-made guidance to each person. Every body is different! It looks at it from various angles such as orthomolecular medicine, naturopathy and Chinese medicine. Detoxing, nutrition as medicine and psychology are also discussed, all in a therapeutic and holistic 2.0 way.
That is why Transformational Cupping achieved the best results worldwide in creating a healthy body.

I am currently in England and I have a small habit of turning on the television (even though I don't even have a TV at home). I am always curious what is on TV abroad. What keeps people busy? I stop on a programme which seems like a combination of the news, rtl boulevard and coffee time. Cosy with well-known UK'ers with serious topics yet also a lot of humour in it.
They will also cook with a female chef type alla Sandra Ysbrandy from broadcaster MAX.
They went on to make "An Amaaaaaaazingly healthy dish FULL of amazing nutrition!" Wow!
Uhum (lol): With: corn from a can, tuna from a can and beans from a can.
"It really is incredibly healthy!" Was said again.
So this came on one of the biggest channels...... PRIME TIME!
And people believe it! All from cans! Oh yes!!! and some eggs went with it and some tomatoes and some more flour and that then went into the pan mixed like a burger.
Hoppa! FULL OF GOOD NUTRIENTS! Good for our fellow Englishmen. They should better say full of delicious E-numbers, chemicals, parasite feeds, gluten and heavy metals. Dead food as we call it.
See.... what makes me sad. That all too often people shout "THIS IS HEALTHY", "FROM THIS FOOD YOU ARE GUARANTEED to lose weight".
"For ANYONE, THIS diet is healthy"
Unfortunately, even our Richard de Leth often does lump all bodies together in this with the Oersterk story. Only that is healthy! And as much as I often agree with him. It is not always right.
Every body is unique!
One says: I never get fat and eats croissants and ice cream and drinks chocolate milk every day and doesn't get fat. The other says he gets fat from everything by default and he just looks at an ice cream and it's already there.
I am not saying myself that everyone should or even CAN become vegan.
A tomato may be healthy for you, but not at all for your best friend. And you might go well on it in certain months of the year but a little too much or in other months, it will give your body inflammatory symptoms.
Our bodies are SO special! And what we put in DO MATTER!
As a therapist, please don't go around saying that everyone should do intermittent fasting, for example, or that Keto is good for everyone. Because this just isn't it. Treat each body as a new project and start puzzling together what is right for that body.
- Is it 1 meal a day or 3 or 8?
- Are you eating out of nutrient deficiency? Or did your parents used to give you love with food and now you do the same as a reward for yourself?
- Do you eat out of habit? Or to numb yourself?
- Do you crave sweet, sour, salty, bitter or sharp?
- Do you eat during the day or maybe only in the evening?
- Are there certain addictions?
- How disturbed are you by E-numbers and chemicals?
- How many metals are left in your body?
- How much protein does your body need?
- Do you eat with the seasons?
- Or maybe you should eat separately? For example, first your green beans and only a few minutes after that your potatoes?
- What intolerances do you currently have?
- Are you sensitive to certain additives?
- What is the state of Omega3 in your body?
- And especially...... What is your body asking for and start looking for what this is then... is it certain nutrients in this? Is it anaesthesia? Is it addiction?
Indeed, I also give examples of nutrition on my social media, but always stick to your intuition. Are you going to shiver from a green smoothie. Please don't take it then.
And that especially those things on TV that are recommended from cans, or dairy or modified muck as healthy food!
It is time to wake up and take control.
Do you want to be happier? Wake up happier with more energy? No more aches and pains in your body? No more experiencing stress or anger? Get rid of your physical complaints. Get rid of fluid retention, swelling, fatigue or lethargy. Then now is the time to do something about your diet and start listening to your body.
Eat more straight from nature, without chemicals, preservatives, e-numbers, colourings, flavourings and fragrances.
Because that is WELL healthier. And besides that, stick to your own intuition.
Signs that you may take a close look at your diet:
- an after-dinner dip
- moodswings
- emotionally unstable
- not happy
- keep cravings
- irrepressible craving
- unable to think clearly
- hormonal imbalances
- unexplained pains in your body
- troubled skin
- diseases, discomforts, ailments and complaints
